Processes many different aerosol can sizes with a wide range of can content, handling up to 200 cans per hour.
Separates liqusid-can-content from propellants and VOCs.
Removes and captures 99% of can contents.
Crushes cans to 1/2-inch thick while emptying content. Crushed cans are considered empty by EPA definition.
Provides an automatic processing cycle that begins with the operator inserting the aerosol can into the crushing chamber and pulling two handles. The machine then automatically opens, empties and crushes the aerosol can.
Utilizes an explosion proof piercing and crushing system that has proven itself on millions of paint cans.
Incorporates a blower that pulls the VOCs and propellants from in and around the crushing chamber to create a "PTE" (permanent total enclosure).
