Drum Crusher
DC 55 Model
At TeeMark our DC55 Drum Crusher/Packer has been carefully engineered for rugged industrial operation and dependability at a reasonable price. It has been designed to compress 55-gallon steel drums down to 4 inches in 35 seconds and to excel at crushing smaller drums and cans.
Hydraulics
A rugged, two-stage hydraulic pump provides 37,000 pounds of crushing force for the DC55. The ram is automatically cycled by a unique all-hydraulic control valve; the cycle can be manually overridden at any point.
Safety
An emergency shut-off button cuts all power at a single touch. A safety-interlock automatically shuts-off the hydraulic power when the door is not completely closed.
Compaction Head
A drum piercer punctures the drumhead and vents pressure through the squeeze head as the drum is crushed.
Portability
The bottom of the DC55 Crusher has a built-in skid for easy fork lift portability
